Problem

Schools tracked attendance, payments and reports by hand — wasted time, many errors, no transparency for parents.

My role

Team lead and lead developer: architecture, monorepo, backend and self-hosted infrastructure.

Solution & architecture

Type-safe API (Bun + Hono), monorepo, JWT auth and a modular system. Attendance, payments, reports on one platform. Integration with self-hosted infra and GPU services (face recognition).

• 336+ students (pilot, School #10 Guliston)
